Shipping Policy
All orders are custom made within 7-10 business days and shipped by US Mail with delivery confirmation. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, so please order in advance and write a note in the order comment box at checkout with your requested delivery date, at least 3-5 business days before the merchandise is needed, in case of unforeseen delays or delivery problems beyond our control.Liability for a shipped order transfers to the customer when the package is accepted at the post office or shipping center. Lost, delayed, undeliverable, misdirected, refused or returned orders will NOT be refunded or credited for ANY reason. Defective merchandise may be returned for exchange only. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
